FAQ

How long does shipping take?

Sōru ships direct from our Korean supply network to your Australian address. Two options at checkout:Standard shipping: $9.99, free on orders over $80. Estimated delivery is two to three weeks, tracked.Express shipping: $19.99. Estimated delivery is three to five business days, tracked. Both options come with a tracking number, sent to you as soon as your order is handed to the carrier. The trade-off on standard is real. You save on shipping, but you wait longer. If timing matters, the express option is genuinely fast.

A note on Australian Customs: International parcels are occasionally held by Australian Customs, and a small number may attract duties or processing fees on arrival. This is rare for low-value cosmetic orders, but it can happen. If it does, email hello@soru.one with the customs notice and your order number and we'll cover up to $20 toward the charge. If anything takes longer than expected, email hello@soru.one and we'll chase it.

What is your returns policy?

Thirty days from the day your order arrives. If a product isn't right for your skin, email hello@soru.one with your order number and we'll arrange a return. Sealed and unused products receive a full refund. Opened products can be returned for store credit, at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.

We cover the return postage if the issue is on our side. We ask the customer to cover it if it's a change of mind.

Are your products Authentic?

Yes, every product is stocked through verified, authorised Korean wholesale channels. We do not buy from grey-market resellers, and we don't private-label. If a product on Sōru carries a brand name, that's the brand who made it.

If you ever receive a product you suspect is not authentic, email us and we'll make it right immediately.

What is PDRN, and is it safe?

PDRN stands for polydeoxyribonucleotide. It's a polymer of small DNA fragments, most often derived from salmon, and used in Korean skincare as a cosmetic active. In topical leave-on formulations like the ones we stock, it has seen widespread use in Korea for several years and has a long-standing record of being well tolerated.

Worth knowing: in clinical settings, PDRN is also used as an injectable. The injectable form is regulated separately and is a therapeutic good. Sōru does not sell injectables. Everything we stock is a topical, leave-on cosmetic skincare product.

Are these products TGA approved?

The products we sell are cosmetic skincare and do not require TGA approval, the same way a moisturiser from a department store doesn't. The TGA regulates therapeutic goods, which we do not stock.

Cosmetic skincare in Australia is regulated by AICIS for ingredient compliance and by the ACCC for advertising and labelling standards. Our supply chain meets both. If you'd like the formal documentation for any product we stock, email us and we'll send it through.
