About
Sōru is a small Australian shop for Korean skincare.
The name is a Korean transliteration of soul. We named it that because the products we sell tend to be the ones that get folded quietly into a routine and stay there. They don't shout, they don't overpromise, and they don't ask you to throw out everything else you own. They just do the small, careful work of making skin look more like itself.
The shop opened in Brisbane in 2026, after researching what the best Korean formulators were actually putting in their bottles. The category had got crowded. Snail mucin was on every supermarket shelf. Ten-step routines were quietly retiring. And in the meantime, a quieter ingredient story had taken hold of Seoul vanities. PDRN, peptides, exosomes. Less drama, more biology.
We built Sōru around that smaller, slower edit. Three products at launch. A few more added every quarter, only after we've used them ourselves. Stocked through verified Korean wholesale channels, never grey-market.
If you've been waiting for a Korean skincare shop that feels closer to a curator than a department store, that's us.
A small note on what we are not. Sōru is a cosmetic skincare retailer. We do not sell therapeutic goods or injectables. The products we stock are topical, leave-on cosmetics that support the appearance of skin. We're not dermatologists, and we don't provide medical advice. If you have a specific skin concern, your GP or dermatologist is the right first stop.
