Shipping policy

Every product on Sōru is shipped direct from our Korean supply network to your address.

Two shipping options at checkout:

Standard shipping: $9.99 (free on orders over $80). Estimated delivery is two to three weeks, tracked.

Express shipping: $19.99. Estimated delivery is three to five business days, tracked.

Both options come with a tracking number sent to you as soon as your order is handed to the carrier. Order processing typically adds zero to two business days before dispatch.

A note for New Zealand orders. New Zealand applies a small government customs levy of around NZ$2-3 to most overseas parcels, collected by the carrier on delivery. This is a New Zealand charge, not a Sōru one, and sits outside our shipping fee.
